No5. Soft set and deliciously lemony. Pasquelino’s lemons produce a marmalade that is zingy, zesty and fresh, with a beautiful mellow aftertaste.
During the winter months whilst the bees await the warmth of spring, January is marked by the arrival of Pasquelino’s Sicilian lemons. For a short time, it is marmalade season.
The lemons are slowly baked, sliced by hand and gently cooked in large copper pans. We add only organic Cuban sugar, Sicilian lemons and a little Coedcanlas honey.
