Dartmoor’s take on a London Dry in a contemporary style.
A complex gin, full flavour. Fresh lemon and lime peel give it a citrus start, cardamom and English coriander for warm spice notes, and gorse, chamomile and violets for a floral finish.
Distilled with 17 botanicals: Including Dartmoor flavours of hawthorn berries, rowan berries, chamomile flowers, gorse flowers and violet leaves.
They named it Papillon for the Pearl Bordered Fritillary, an endangered Dartmoor butterfly that feeds on wild violets and are donating 1% from every bottle sold to a local Butterfly Conservation project that protects this species.
